  • Thick-cut bacon (4 slices)
  • Yukon Gold potatoes (2 medium)

  • Heavy cream (1 cup)
  • Fresh thyme (1 teaspoon)
  • Bay leaves (2)

Instructions

  1. Clean the fresh clams under cold water and set aside.
