- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 14 oz canned fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups tortilla chips (for topping)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the onion and bell peppers.
