  • 2 large Russet potatoes (about 1.5 pounds), peeled and chopped
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a greased baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken breasts in olive oil until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Set aside.
