  • 8 oz penne pasta

  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add cubed chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; sauté until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic for about one minute, then add sliced mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Incorporate chopped asparagus; cook for another 3 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
