- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
