Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and orange zest until smooth.
  4. Fold in cranberries into the wet mixture.
