Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup pitted Kalamata olives

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  3. 3. Pat chicken dry and add to the marinade; let sit for at least 30 minutes.
