- 4 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced

- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in a splash of olive oil until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned (7-10 minutes).
- Stir in diced tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper; let simmer for 5 minutes.
