- 1 can cream of chicken soup

- 2 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack & Cheddar)
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, then shred.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chiles, and half the cheese.
- Spread sauce on each tortilla, fill with shredded chicken, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with leftover cheese.
