  • 4 medium ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Halve the pears lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create space for the filling.
