Description

Easter Dirt Cake Casserole is a whimsical, no-bake dessert that features layers of creamy chocolate filling and crunchy Oreo crumbs, all topped with colorful candy for a festive treat.


Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo Cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 splash milk
  • Candy eggs or gummy worms for decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a solid crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread half of the creamy filling over the crust, then sprinkle half of the remaining Oreo crumbs on top.
  5. Top with the rest of the creamy filling and remaining cookie crumbs. Decorate with candy eggs or gummy worms.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
