Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.

- In another bowl, mix eggs, vegetable oil, and milk until smooth. Add to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in chopped pistachios until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Divide the batter between the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. Frost as desired.
