Ingredients

  • 1 pound medium-sized raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • Juice of 2 limes (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (for the sauce)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp until well-coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
