  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water (for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, ground ginger, and cornstarch with water until well combined.
  3. Layer sliced beef in the slow cooker and pour half of the sauce over it. Add broccoli on top without stirring.
