Instructions

- Sear the steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye with salt and pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Add garlic & herbs: Reduce heat slightly, add crushed garlic and herbs around the steak to infuse flavor.
- Cook potatoes: In another pan, toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper; cook until golden brown (15-20 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- Create garlic butter: Remove steak once cooked to your liking. In the same pan, melt butter with drippings, swirling to combine.
