- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup salsa

Instructions

- Halve each zucchini lengthwise and scoop out the flesh.
