  • 2 fresh lobster tails (about 8 oz each)
  • 1 lb dry-packed scallops
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by chopping garlic and parsley.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until bubbling. Add lobster tails and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until opaque and golden brown.
  3. Push lobster to the side of the skillet and add scallops; sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden crust forms.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low, add remaining butter and minced garlic, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the seafood and sprinkle with parsley; toss gently to coat.
