  • 1 lb boneless ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 medium sweet onion (sliced)
  • 2 tsp olive oil (for sautéing)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the steak into thin strips and marinate in olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
