Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add heavy cream, stirring gently as it thickens.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth, then add cooked fettuccine, mixing to coat evenly.
  5. Flake cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and gently fold into the pasta mixture.
  6. Serve garnished with parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.
