Description

Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Unsalted butter

  • Baileys Irish Cream
  • Heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth; add Baileys and vanilla extract.
  4. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into the mixture.
  5. Pour filling over the cooled crust, sprinkle cocoa powder if desired. Bake for 45 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool in the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
