  • 4 medium zucchini (sliced into 1/4-inch rounds)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
