  • 2 ripe pears, diced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (for greasing)

Instructions
