  • 4 slices sourdough or rye bread
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish

Instructions

  2. Shape ground beef into four thin patties; season with salt and pepper.
