- 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté diced chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add cranberries and walnuts to the skillet with soy sauce; cook until the cranberries burst (3-4 minutes).
