  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought)
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for sautéing

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent (3-4 minutes).
