  3. Knead on a floured surface until smooth (8-10 minutes). Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
  4. Prepare filling by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and chocolate chips.
  5. Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread filling evenly. Roll tightly and slice into equal pieces.
  6. Arrange rolls in a greased pan, let rise again for about 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C), then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
