Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream butter until fluffy; add sugar gradually and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, incorporating vanilla and cotton candy flavoring.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with milk until just combined.
  6. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool cupcakes on wire racks before frosting.
  8. For frosting, beat softened butter with powdered sugar and milk; add food coloring as desired.
  9. Frost each cupcake generously and top with cotton candy.
