  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb cooked chicken (or shrimp)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add minced garlic and cooked chicken/shrimp; sauté until fragrant (about 2 minutes).

  5. Toss in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese; mix well to combine.
