- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1 cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Toast mixed nuts on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes until fragrant.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave until smooth.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract into the melted chocolate.
- In a large bowl, combine toasted nuts, rolled oats, and chocolate mixture until well coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish and refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
