  • 2 chocolate bars (1.55 oz each)
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 1 cup pancake batter (store-bought or homemade)
  • Vegetable oil for frying (enough to fill pot)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  2. Assemble the S'mores by stacking two graham crackers with one chocolate bar and two marshmallows in between. Top with another graham cracker, pressing gently to secure.
  3. Dip each S’more sandwich into pancake batter until fully coated, letting excess drip off.
  4. Fry the battered S’mores in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Use tongs to flip carefully.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm.
