  • 8 oz rotini or shell pasta
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp dill weed (fresh or dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Chop dill pickles and red onion while the pasta cools.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cooled pasta with chopped pickles and onions. Pour dressing over and stir until well coated.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
