  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
  4. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  6. Spoon the batter into the greased donut pan filling each cavity about three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown; cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth; dip each donut in the glaze or drizzle over the top.
