  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or drained canned)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (diced, mixed red and yellow)
  • 4 green onions (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions
