Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced (preferably Vidalia)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add steak, onions, and bell peppers; sauté until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning; remove from heat to cool slightly.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into an oval shape (¼ inch thick).
  5. Spoon the cooled filling onto one half of the dough and top generously with provolone cheese.
  6. Fold the dough over to enclose filling completely; pinch seams tightly. Brush with olive oil and make slits for steam release.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
