- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onions and leeks; sauté until soft (5 minutes).
- Stir in pork shoulder, salt, pepper, and thyme; cook until browned (7-10 minutes).
