Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, and sugar until combined.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; once melted, remove from heat and let cool slightly before adding eggs and vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries into half of the batter.
- Spread half of the plain brownie batter into the prepared pan, add dollops of raspberry batter on top, then use a knife to swirl gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool before slicing.
