  • 4 cups stale sourdough bread, cubed

  • 1 cup celery, diced

  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
