Instructions

  1. Wash calamansi thoroughly under running water. Cut in half and squeeze out juice using a juicer or by hand until you have about 1 cup.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the fresh calamansi juice and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves completely. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
