- 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced

- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- While the pasta cools, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell peppers.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with chopped vegetables and fresh basil. Drizzle dressing over the top.
