- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)

- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Whisk together. Place the flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
