- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Season cubed beef with salt and pepper.
- 2. In a skillet, sauté onions until translucent; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in mushrooms until tender, then transfer to slow cooker.
- 4. Add beef and pour in beef broth; mix in Dijon mustard.
