Ingredients
Scale
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms (white button or cremini)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

- 3. Sauté mushrooms and garlic: In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in minced garlic for the last minute.
- 4. Create sauce: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping any browned bits from the pan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- 5. Combine: Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over each piece. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to absorb flavors.
