  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
