- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, and olive oil until combined.
- Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
