Hearty Beef-Stuffed Pasta Shells are a mouthwatering combination of tender pasta, seasoned beef, and melted cheese, making them the ultimate comfort food for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion until translucent; add garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add ground beef; cook until browned, draining excess fat if needed.
  4. In a bowl, mix cooked beef with ricotta cheese and Italian seasoning.
  5. Fill each pasta shell with the beef mixture and arrange in the baking dish.
  6. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish, place the stuffed shells on top, then pour remaining sauce over them and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden.
