  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and pat them dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Slice the cooked chicken into strips and toss with half the sauce.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice or quinoa as the base, topped with sliced chicken and additional sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
