  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese over low heat until melted and smooth.
  4. Combine the cooked chicken with the Alfredo sauce. Spoon the mixture into each pasta shell.
  5. Place filled shells in a greased baking dish, pour remaining Alfredo sauce on top, and sprinkle more Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Garnish with parsley before serving.
