  5. Shape Focaccia: Punch down the dough gently, place it on a greased baking sheet, and stretch into an even rectangle.
  6. Add Toppings: Brush with remaining olive oil, sprinkle minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and rosemary if desired. Use fingers to dimple the surface.
