- First Rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Shape Focaccia: Punch down the dough gently, place it on a greased baking sheet, and stretch into an even rectangle.
- Add Toppings: Brush with remaining olive oil, sprinkle minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and rosemary if desired. Use fingers to dimple the surface.
