- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion and celery until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, stuffing mix, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, eggs, parsley, sage, and half of the cheese until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups, filling them generously but leaving some space at the top.
