- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and gently toss until well coated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
