Description

The Best Broccoli Salad is a colorful, crunchy dish bursting with fresh flavors and textures. Tender broccoli florets combine with sweet dried cranberries and crunchy sunflower seeds, all enveloped in a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (about 1 large head)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and gently toss until well coated.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
